Shipping for Original Artwork

Processing Time: 5-7 business days from order placement

Shipping Origin: All original artwork (cardboard art, paper pulp art) ships from Holte, Denmark

Delivery Times: Once your order is processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Denmark: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 3-7 business days
  • USA: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on shipping carrier efficiency and customs clearance.

Shipping for Posters (Print-on-Demand)

Processing Time: 3-7 business days

Shipping Origin: Posters are fulfilled by Printful and ship from the facility best positioned for efficient delivery to your location.

Delivery Times:

  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress using this link.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond my control. I recommend checking with your local customs office for information about potential additional costs.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for address accuracy
  2. Contact your local post office (they sometimes hold packages)
  3. Check with neighbors (the courier may have left it with them)

If your order is still missing, email me at lisakettyj@gmail.com with your order number. If there was an error with the delivery address, I can arrange a replacement order (additional shipping costs will apply).

Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact me within 7 days at lisakettyj@gmail.com. Include:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Your order number
  • Any relevant details

I'll work quickly to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction.

Returns

Original Artwork: No returns accepted due to one-of-a-kind nature

Posters: No returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective
