What Are Your Products Made Of?
Original Artwork
Each piece of original artwork is handmade by me using:
- Cardboard sourced from recycled materials
- Hand-pulped paper created in my studio
- Eco-friendly materials whenever possible
Every original artwork is one-of-a-kind and signed.
Posters
I offer museum-quality posters printed on thick, durable matte paper. These posters are giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper, producing brilliant prints to brighten up your space. I offer a variety of sizes, and all paper products are sourced from Japan.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
I accept a wide range of payment methods including:

Can I Return or Exchange My Order?
Original Artwork
Due to the one-of-a-kind handmade nature of these pieces, I do not accept returns or exchanges on original artwork.
Posters
I don't offer returns or exchanges on posters unless there's something wrong with your order.
If you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective items, please contact me at lisakettyj@gmail.com with photos and your order number. I'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether it's a refund or a replacement.
What If My Product Arrives Damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, I'm here to help. Please email me at lisakettyj@gmail.com within 7 days with:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
I'll respond quickly with a resolution.
What If My Order Is Missing or Lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors
- Contact your local post office (they sometimes hold packages)
- Check with your neighbors (the courier may have left it with them)

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! I ship both original artwork and posters worldwide.
Please note that for international orders, you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total.
Can I Request a Custom Piece?

How Should I Care for My Artwork?
Original Artwork
- Display away from direct sunlight to prevent fading
- Keep in a dry environment (avoid high humidity)
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth
- Handle with clean, dry hands
Posters
- Frame behind glass or acrylic for protection
- Keep away from direct sunlight
- Display in a climate-controlled environment
